The Annual Report on ownership steering provides a description of State holdings and related developments in 2009 and beyond. Aside from information on individual companies, the report discusses ownership policy issues, organisation of ownership steering and the action taken in this context.
Duties relating to state ownership steering are handled in the Ownership Steering Department in the Prime Minister’s Office. The department is responsible for state ownership policy, the ownership steering of state-owned companies under the Prime Minister’s Office, expansion of ownership base, branch reorganisations, share investments, coordination of ministries' ownership steering procedures and interministerial cooperation.
